About me
I'm Paul James Allen, an openly gay man and let's just say I've been around the block and experienced many ups and downs through life. I've run my own businesses, won a few awards, done a bit of telly, been a Singer/songwriter and a Music Producer. It really has been a rollercoaster, excuse the cliche, of many extreme lows and excillerating highs and now I'm in my happy centred place and it feels amazing! My purpose is to get you to your happy place too!
As your life coach I can support you on your unique journey and help guide you along your path to happiness and contentment. Whether it's building confidence, coming out support, navigating work goals, being happy single or relationship desires.
My approach is very different from the standard textbook life coaching as you'll get a real-life life coach who's lived it, rather than just studied it. I was studying online and suddenly came to the realisation that the courses just weren't clicking with me personally and what I'd experienced in real life, so I've ripped up the rulebook and ready to give you real-life life coaching. Having been through abusive relationships, grief, loss, drug and alcohol issues to confidence issues, anxiety and depression I've navigated through it all, weathered the storm and broken through the clouds into the sunshine. As your life coach we look at your present and your dreams and plan for your best future.
A Gay life can be a complex one, often having to deal with homophobia, family issues, coming to terms with sexuality and even having to navigate religious beliefs. I'm here to help you find you way and feel comfortable in your own skin.
I'm available to coach anyone from all sexualities and identities, gay, bi, straight, lesbian, trans and everyone from the LGBTQI+ Community however you/they identify.
Every individual's experience and journey is different, be rest assured I'm here by your side to support, guide and empathise and I have understanding first hand. There will be no meaningless quotes, unrelatable steps and textbook checklists but real life coaching especially for you!

My mission as a Life Coach is to empower and inspire my clients to live a life that is authentic, fulfilling, and brings happiness. I believe that everyone has the potential to create positive change in their lives, and I am here to support you on your journey towards personal growth and transformation.
My Approach
My approach to coaching is rooted in positive psychology, good listening skills, mindfulness, a touch of humour, and empathy. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. I believe that life coaching is a process of self-discovery, and I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world.

BY PHONE
One-on-one 45 minute life coaching sessions by phone for UK Clients. These can also be booked in block of 6 (6 sessions for the price of 5)
NEW Face to face 'Beach walk and talk'
Beach walk from Branksome Chine BH13 6LP, Option of 45 or 90 minute sessions. I find the beach is an amazing place to cleanse the mind and open up emotionally. I'll be with you face to face too to help you on your life journey. These sessions are weather permitting and will be substituted with a phone coaching session if weather unsuitable.
BY ZOOM NEW SERVICE
One-on-one 40 minute life coaching sessions via Zoom for international Clients. These can also be booked in block of 6 (6 sessions for the price of 5) please email to arrange a 20 minute free introductory Zoom call.
